Princeton that lies 403.88 feef West and 37.29 feet South of the Norfheast Corner of
the Soufheasf Quarfer of Section 12, Township 2 South, Range 11 West; thence South O1
degrees 33 minutes 41 seconds West 115.57 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds West 97.51 feet; thence Norfh 01 degrees 39 minutes 21 seconds West

SURVEYOR'S REPORT
The purpose of this survey is to subdivide a tract of land located in the southeast
quarter of Section 12 , Township 2 South, Range 11 West, in the City of Princeton,
Gibson County, Indiana. The Record Title for the subject tract is recorded in Document
2000-7752.
This survey was completed without the benefit of a title commitment or abstracf of title.
A complete title search may reveal facts that may change portions of this survey.
In accordance with Indiana Survey Standards as defined in the Indiana Administrative
Code (865 IAC 7-72 "rule 72"), the following observafions and opinions are submitted
regarding the various uncertainties in the locafions of the lines and corners estoblished
on fhis survey as a result of:

Availability and condition of reference monuments.
Occupation or possession lines.
Clarity or ambiguity of the record description used and/or adjoiner's description.
The fheoretical uncertainty of the measurements.
a.) In our field research for this survey,, we located a sufficient number of evidence
(as shown on the survey plat and noted obove), wfiich in our opinion, provided us with
enough data to verify or reestablish the deed location of the subject properfy to the
applicable found and accepted governmental lines and/or corners.
Unless noted otherwise on this survey, all found monuments are flush with the ground,
in good maferial condition and firmly set in the ground.
These monuments are called for in a survey by Lee Hoffman as being set at the
corners of the subject property or on the lines of the subject property. The date of
the Hoffman survey is 8/4/98 and was provided by the client, no record was found of
the survey at the recorder's office.
The monuments found along the west line of the parent fracf were used as the basis
of bearings for this survey. This line was used because the terminal ends appeared to
be undisturbed, original mopuments which had virtually the same distance as given on
the plat. Also, the angular and distance relafionships to odjacent monuments were
within tolerances for this class of survey when compared to dota given on the record
plat.
No monument was found at the Northeast corner of the southeast quarfer of said
Section 12. The calis from said corner are record only.
b.) Lines of occupation or possession if any are noted as follows: an existing fence
line in close proximity to the west line of the parent tract as shown on the plot of
survey.
c.� No ambiguifies were found with the lines of the parent tracf or adjoining tracts.
The client provided fhe Hoffman survey along wifh a description of a 0.54 acre fract.
The north and east lines of fhis. 0.54 acre tract have the same calls as the parent
fract. The south line of fhe 0.54 acre tract runs along the bearing South 83 degrees
27 minufes 00 seconds West extended to the west line of the parent tracf were the
Hoffman capped rebar was found as shown on the plat of survey. for whatever
reason this description was prepared but was never recorded.
d.) The Theoretical Uncertainty (due to random errors in measurements) of the corners
of the subject tract esfablished this survey is within the specifications for a Class C
Survey (0.50') as defined in IAC 865.
