Part of Tract 1!3 of Pazk View Addition being a part of the southeast quarter of Section (1),
Township (2) South, Range (11) West, in the City of Princeton, Gibson Counry, Indiana,
and more particulazly described as follows:
Commencing at a 5/8" iron pin found mazking the southeast comer of said quarter section;
thence South 89 degrees 33 minutes 47 seconds West two hundred forty-five and no
hundredths (245.00) feet; thence North 00 degrees 16 minutes 38 seconds West two
hundred seventy-two and twenty-two hundredths (272.22) feet [previous record 270 feet] to

SURVEYOR'S REPORT
In accordance with the Indiana Survey Standards as defined in Indiana administmtive code 865, this document is
created in order to report opinions and observations regarding the amount of uncertainty in the location of linu
and comers found or established this survey because of the following: 1) availability and condition of reference
monuments, 2) occupation or possession lines, 3) clarity or ambiguity of the record description used and/or
adjoiner's descriptions, 4) the relative positional accuracy of the measuremenu.
Part of Sec.l,T-2-S,R-1 I-W, City of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana.

- This survey wa� requated to azsist in creating a new [ax parcel.
- The deed record of the parent tract is deed drawer 4, card 7405.
REFERENCE MONUMENTS:
The southeast comer of section 1 is a found monument. The iron is verified after meazuremena to
accessory monuments in the vicinity. The iron pin is said to be over a stone as per the counry surveyors otiice.
Other monumenis found and used on this survey include the following:
• Near the southwest portion of the parent Vact, and on the south side of Wamock Street, a'/." rebar is found 4"
below grade.
• At ihe north wmer of L,ot #12 of Park View Addition, a female pump rod is found 6" above grade. The
monument is accepted after several measuremenls to accessory monuments in the vicinity. The pump rod is
believed to be the same marker as indicared az a] 25 inch iron pipe per deed record Doc.ft07-0137.
• Near the northwest portion of the parent tract, a 5/8" iron pin is found wilh cap "K.J. Hennessey LS
20200026". Said 5/8" iron is indicated u a witness iron per ihe adjoining deed record (Doc.#07-0137). This
witness iron, along with a second accessory monument is iued to re-establish the location of a comer of the
subject [ract which lies within a ditch.
• The northeazt and southeast comecs of the parent lract aze found 5/8" pins 8" below the ground surface. Both
of which are verified by measu:ements to accessory monuments in the vicinity.
• The nonhwest comer of Lot #20 is a 5/8" iron pin found flush. Said iron coincides with possession in the
viciniry and is used on this survey to azsist in the establishment of the north line of Wamock Street (bcing 150
feet north of the said 5/8" iron pin).
LINES OF POSSESS/ON:
Along the east line of the parent tract, an existing wood privacy fence encroaches west of the surveyed
line 3.6 feet, az shown on the plat.
Along the north line of the parent tract, existing mobile homes and yard bams encroach north of surveyed
line, az shown on the plat. I[ is noted that the client has indicated her continued maintenance on the portion
previously used by the Traction line. There may be rights associated with this said haction line area.
Along other lines, the surveyed line appear to mostly coincide with the lines of possession.
RECORD DESCRIPTIONS:
The description in the deed record of the parent tract is described in ihe form of a metes and bounds
description, and being a part of Tract H3 of Park View Addition. There appear to be no gaps or overlaps in record
descrip[ions on this survey.
CORNER SUMMARY OF THE SUB./ECT TRACT.•
The southwest comer of the parent tract is established along a line connecting found monumencs ('/.'
rebar with female pump rod), and being 30 feet northwest of the said'/.' rebar. A comer is established 17.70 feet
northeast ofsaid southwest comer and is estabfished at the interseclion of ihe northwest line of Wamock Sheet
(southwest of the subject tracQ with the nonh line of Warnock Stree[ (mostly along the south line of the parent
tract).
At the nonhwest portion of the parent tract, the line is established along the center of the ditch using
conuol from the adjoining deed record to the west (Doc.#2007-0137). _
Other comers intended to create following this survey are established on or within the bounds of the
parent tract and az a location as desired by the client.
