Elizabeth Petitjean, being duly sworn upon her oath, says
that Harold G. Petitjean died testate on the lOth day of June,
1995, and that said decedent was on the day of his death the
owner, as tenants by the entireties with Affiant, wife of the
decedent, of the following described real estate in Gibson
County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of
Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, and
described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at a point 457.2 feet North of the Southwest
corner of said Half Quarter Section, and running thence
East 264 feet, thence North 104 feet, thence West 264
feet, thence South 104 feet to the place of beginning.
A1so, a part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter
of Section 16, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, and
bounded as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin driven in the West line of
said Half Quarter Section at a point 344.4 feet North
of the Southwest corner thereof and running thence
North 112.8 feet, thence East 384 feet, thence South
112.8 feet to an iron pin, thence West 384 feet to the
place of beginning, containing one acre more or less.

That said real estate passed to this Affiant by virtue of
the laws of this state and said decedent had a Last Will and

this Affiant was the wife of said decedent, and as such was
entitled to a fee simple interest in said real estate.
