the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 2 south, Ran�e 9 west, and run thence
west 134� feer, thence north 110114 feet; thence east 134� feet to the east line thereof:
thence south l 101.14 feet to the place of beginning containin� 34 acres, more or less.
ALSO; Part of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 36; Township 1
sou[h; Ran�e 10 west and Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of
Section 1, Township 2 south; Range 10 wesL and described as follows: Begin at a point

This com�eyance is SUBJECT to all conditions; easements; rights-of-ways; limitations
and reservations of record.
2. That Affiant and Henry A. Phillips were married on the lst day of b•iay, 19=46, and
Affiant and Henry A. Phillips remained married continuously and were husband and �vife at the
time they acquired title, as tenants by the entireties; to the above-described real estate, by
Warranty Deed dated December 16, 1987, and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
Gibson Count}', Indiana in Deed Dra�ver #6, Card 1165.
3. That the marital relationship which elisted between this Affiant and Henr}� A.
Phillips, her husband, continued unbroken from the time they both acquired tide to said real
property until the death of Henry A. Phillips on Februan� 1�; 2007; at which time this Affiant
acquired fee-simple title to the real property as survivin� tenant by the entireties.
�}. That the �ross value of the estate of the decedent; Henry A. Phillips, as determined for
the purpose of Federal Estate Taxes, was less than that value required for the filin� of a Federal
Estate Tas Return; therefore, decedent's estate was not subject to Federal Estate Tax.
Furthermore; the estate of the decedznt �vas not subject to Indiana Inheritance Tas.
�. Tha[ this Affidavit is made for the purpose of inducin� the Auditor of Gibson Countv;
[ndiana; to delete the name of Henr}� A. Phillips from the transfer records and reflect the Affiant
as the sole sun�i��in� owner in iee simple of the above-described real property.
