That the marital relationship which elisted between this Affiant and Henr}� A. Phillips, her husband, continued unbroken from the time they both acquired tide to said real property until the death of Henry A. Phillips on Februan� 1�; 2007; at which time this Affiant acquired fee-simple title to the real property as survivin� tenant by the entireties. �}.
