AFFIDAVIT OF AEIRSHIP OF JAMES PRIESTLY
Comes now the Affiant, Mark E. Priestly, and who first being
duly sworn upon his oath now avers and says as follows:
1. That James Priestly died on November 24, 1985, leaving
as his only heirs Mark E. Priestly, Cynthia Copeland, Gail Jones,
and LaKonda Priestly.
2. That James Priestly died intestate and there was no
administration of his estate.
3. That James Priestly died owning the fee simple interest
in the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lots 17 and 18 in Steele's Subdivision of
Lot 5, Range 2, in New Survey of the Town,
now City of Princeton, Gibson County,
Indiana.
4. Affiant further states that as a result of the death of
James Priestly, there was no Federal Estate Tax, or Indiana
Inheritance Tax due as a result of his death. The heirs of James
Priestly have paid all Indiana property taxes due on the above
described real estate since the time of the death of James
Priestly.
5. This affidavit is made for the purpose of establishing
the chain of ownership to the above described real estate.
6. That the affiant, Mark E. Priestly, makes this affidavit
of his own certain knowledge, and knows these things to be true
