OF LZFE ESTATE.
The undersigned, Pauline Applas, of No. 131 West
Franklin. Shelbyville, Indiana 46176 (adult daughter) of
Nannie M. Quiggins, deceased, being first duly sworn on oath
deposes and says:
1. That the said Nannie M. Quiggins died intestate, a
resident of Gibson County, indiana, on November 3, 1971;
that the Inheritance Tax Determination on decedent's estate �
was had in Estate Dkt. No. PR 72 - , Office of the.
Clerk of the Gibson Circuit Court, Princeton, Indiana;
2, That on September 22, 1971, the said Nannie M.

Quiggins, by her warranty Deed dated September 22, 1971,

and now of record in Deed Drawer #1, Card #3871, Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, covering the following
described real estate situate in the City of Princeton, Gibson
County, Indiana, to Pauline Q. Applas, et al, and which real
estate is described as follows:
A part of the southeast quarter of Section 7, Town 2 south,
Range 10 west, described as follows: Begin at the southwest
corner of Lot number 10, in the partition of the lands of
Alexander Devin, deceased, being now on Seminary Street in the
City of Princeton, Sndiana, and run thence east 142.5 feet to an
alley; thence north.50 feet; thence west 142.5 feet; thence south
50 feet to the place of beginning, in Gibson County, Indiana.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 70 Page
368, Deed Drawer #1, Card #3817, Office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana.
That in the Deed above referred to the said Nannie M.
Quiggins, reserved a life estate in the real estate as herein-
above described, and this affidavit is for the specific
purpose of showing the termination of said life estate by
the death of the said Nannie M. Quiggins, as a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana, on November 3, 1971; and,
Further this affiant sayeth not.
