which is more particularly deacribed in a rental agreement
dated September 18, 1964, recorded in Miscellaneoue Ftecord 164,
page 81, records in the office of the Recorder of Gibson County, __'

The Seller shall pay the taxes for 1968, due and pay'able in May and November,
1969, and the Buyere assume and agree to pay the taxes for 1969, due and payable
in May and November, 1970, and all ta%ea and assessmente thereafter.
