AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Theo A. Romerhausen, being first duly sworn, upon his oath,
denoses and says:
That he is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of
Fort Branch, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and his occupation
is an Auctioneer and a Real Ectate Broker.
That he is familiar with the follocuing.described real estate
Located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
Lot 214 in LaGratige Enlargement to the Town of
Fort Branch, Excepting 60 feet off the South
Side thereof. Being the same real estate des-
cribed in Deed Record No. 146 page 65, Office of
the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and, that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real nroperty was formerly owned by Raymond L. Reeves and Phyllis L.
Reeves, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knocas of his own knowledge that
said Raymond L. Reeves died, intestate, on or about the 30 %�.day
of l�q�,�� , 19lod , and that said Raymond L. Reeves
and Phyllis L. Reeves were hvsband and wife at the time of the death
of the said Raymond L. Reeves.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that
the valve of the estate of said Raymond L. Reeves at the time of his
death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax Laws, was less
than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate of said
decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
