first duly sworn on oath deposes
1. That he is more'than forty (40);years of age and
is the surviving adult son; and sole heir at 1'aw of Henry w.
Rhinefort, who died a widower and intesEate, and a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana on October 18, 1973; that the inheritance
tax liability on'the estate of Henry W. Rhinefort, deceased, was
determined by the Gibson Circuit Court in Estate Docket No. PR
73 - /�S
2. That the said Henry W. Rhinefort, the surviving
widower of Selma Rhinefort, deceased, was as of the date of his
demise the owner of the following described real estate situate
in Union Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section
11, Township 3 south, Range 10 west, described as follows, towit:
Begin 13 chains and 41 links east of the northwest corner of said
quarter �tuarter section and run thence south 3 chains; thence east
3 chains and 33 links; thence north 3 chains and thence west to the
place of beginning, containing 1 acre, more or less.
Also a part of the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 11,
Township 3 south, Range 10 west and bounded as follows: Beginning at
the southwest corner of said half quarter section and running thence
north 20 chains and 85 links, four pole chains, thence east 4 chains,
thence south to the south line of said half quarter section, thence
west to the place of beginning and containing 8.34 acres, more or less.
Also a part of the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 11,
Township 3 south, Range 10 west, bounded as follows: Beginning at the
northwest corner of the'said half quarter section and running thence
east 13 chains 47 links (four pole chains) thence south 19 chains
and 7 links, thence west to the west line of said section, thence
north to the place of beginnig and containing 25,68 acres, more or less.
Also a part of the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 11,
Township 3 south, Range 10 west bounded as follows, to-wit: Beginning
at the northeast corner of said half quarter section and running thence
south 22 chains and 13 links (4 pole chains) thence west 6 chains and
75 links; thence north to the north line of said half quarter section,
thence east 6 chains and 75 links to the place of beginning, containing
14.93 acres.
Also two acres off of the north end of the following described tract of
land, to-wit: Beginning at the southeast corner of the northwest
quarter of said section, township and range and running thence west
10 chains and �? links, thence north 17 chains and 85 links; thence
east 10 chains and 9 links, thence south to the place of beginning,
whole tract containing 17.99 acres, and this conveyance covering two
(2) acres off the north end thereof.
Being the same'real estate deseribed in Deed Record No. 140, page
112, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.
3. That title to the above described real estate was
acquired by Henry W. Rhinefort and Selma Rhinefort, husband and wife,
on June 15, 1954 through a Warranty Deed of even date and now recorded
in Deed Record 140, page 112; that the above designated Selma Rhinefort
died intestate, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana on or about
November 14, 1969 leaving her surviving the aforesaid Henry W.Rhinefort.

4. That on October 18, 1973, the said Henry W, Rhinefort
died, a widower, intestate a resident of Gibson County, Indiana
and left as his sole and only heir at law his adult son, this affiant,
viz: Adrian W. Rhinefort; that administration in connection with
the estate of the said Henry w. Rhinefort is carried forward in
Estate Docket PR 73 -_�SS�, office of the Clerk of the Gibson
Circuit Courf.
5. That this affidavit is made for the purpose of
obtaining a transfer of the above described real estate from the
individual name of Henry W. Rhinefort to the individual name of
Adrian W. Rhinefort on the transfer records in the office of the
Auditor of Gibson County, indiana.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
