_ AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Henry Rhinefort being first duly sworn on his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than seventy-five (75) years of
age, a resident of R.R. Fort Branch, Gibson County, Indiana,
and he is Retired.
That he 'is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of the north half of the northwest quarter of section
14, township 3 south, range 10 west, bounded as follows, towit:
Begin at a point in the east line of said half quarter section,
84 feet north of the southeast corner thereof, and run thence
west parallel with the south line thereof 1511.5 feet; thence
north 533.25 feet; thence east 1511.5 feet to the east line
thereof; thence south 533.85 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing 18,54 acres, more or less. .
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 116
page 556, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;

and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above des-
cribed real property was formerly owned by Henry Rhinefort and
Selma Rhinefort, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant £urther states thzt he knows of his own
knowledge that the �id Selma Rhinefort died on or aboub
the 14th day of November, 1969, and that said Henry Rhinefort
and Selma Rhinefort were husband and wife, at the time of the
death of the said Selma Rhinefort.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own know-
ledge that the value of the estate of said Selma R'�inefort,
at the time of her death, within the meaning of the Federal
Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not
subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
