AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY EDiTIRETY ti_� �

Philip W. Mowrer being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than forty years of age, a resident of
Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that of an insurance
agent.
That he is familiar with the',following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:

A part of the East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 4,
township 3 south, Range 12 west, described as follows:
Beginning at a point of intersection of'the North R/W line of the
Evansville Mt. Carmel and Northern Railroad Company with the East
line of the Southeast quarter of said section 4 and from said point
of beginning run thence North 41� degrees west, thence North 75.5
feet, thence North 41'� degrees West 4,4 feet, thence East 190.5 feet,
thence South 120 feet, thence East 85 feet to the East line of said
Southeast quarter section, thence South 271.6 feet to the place of
beginning, containing 1.27 acres more or less.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 133, page 430,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Darrell Rieffel and Gene Rief£el
(whose true name is Geneva M. Rieffel) husband and wife, as tenants
by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the said Darrell Rieffel died intestate on or about November 11,
1972, and that said Darrell Rieffel and Geneva M. Rieffel were husband
and wife at the time of the death of the said Darrell Rieffel.
Affiant further states that he knows of his ocen kno�ledge
that the value of the estate of said Darrell Rieffel at the time of
his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, could
exceed Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) in gross but probably not
in excess of One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00).
Further this affiant sayeth not.
