widow and LeRoy Riffert as decedent's said son, each became vested with an undivided

This affiant further states-that this affidavit is made for the following
purposes:
(1) To supply the necessary record showi.ng ownership of an undivided one-
-_ half part in value of the real estate as herein described by Clyda L. Riffert,
decedent's surviving widow, for the primazy purpose eE qualifying her to obtain
a property tar. exemption for a person more than 65 years of age as authorized by
Chapter 323, Acts of 1955, General Assembly, StaYe of Indiana;
(2) That this affidavit is made"for the further purpose of presenting to

the Au3itor of Gibson Couniy, Indiana, sufficient evidence to authorize. transfer
on the tax duplicates of the above designated real estate from the individual
nane of Otto L, Riffert to "Clyda L,.Riffer't and LeRoy Riffert."

all debts against the estate of the above named Otto L. Riffert, deceased, have
been fully paid and discharged.
