AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE�
TO: ROY E. OWENS, Auditor, .Gibson County, ;Indiana
JUNE R. RIKE, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes
and says that she is the widow and survtving tenant by the entirety of
HARRY GEORGE RIKE, deceased, who died October 27, 1969, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana; that this affiant and the decedent were the owners
as tenants by the entirety at the time of the decedent's death of the following
described real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Tract #1: The west part of Lot #11 in the Original Plan of the Town
(now City) of Princeton, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point
in the south line of said lot.99 feet west of the southeast corner
thereof; thence north 148 feet 6 inches to the north line of said lot;
thence west 50 feet to the northwest corner of said lot; thence south to
the southwest corner of said lot; thence east 50 feet to the place of
beginning. .
Tract #2: Part of the northwest quarter of section 1, township 2
south, range 11 west more particularly described as follows: Begin at
a 3/4 inch pipe which may be found by measuring north 794. 5 feet from
the southeast corner of the said 1/4 section; run thence north 89 degrees
20 minutes west, 1267. 3 feet to a bolt; run thence north 7 degrees 10
minutes west, 209. 25 feet; and from said beginning point run thence
north 4 degrees 50 minutes west 209.25 feet to a 3/4 inch pipe; thence
run north 89 degrees 20 minutes west 209 feet to a 1-1/4 by 1/4 inch
iron strap in the east right-of-way line (25 feet east of center line)
of U. S. Highway No. 41; run thence in a southeasterly direction along
said right-of-way (which parallels the center line, and which center
line bears to the.left by approximately a 1 degree curve) a distance of
210 feet to a 2 inch pipe; run thence south 89 degrees 20 minutes east
209 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 1 acre, more or less.
Also, part of the northwest quarter of section 1, township 2 south,
range 11 west, more particularly described as follows: Begin at a
3/4 inch pipe which may be found by measuring 794. 5 feet from the
southeast corner of the northwest quarter of section 1, township 2 south,
range il west; thence run north 89 degrees 20 minutes west for 1267.3 feet

to a bolt; thence run north 7 degrees 10 minutes west 209. 25 feet to a
pipe; thence run north 4 degrees 50 minutes 209. 25 feet; and from
said beginning point run thence north 89 degrees 20 minutes west
209 feet to a 1-1/4 inch iron in the east 25�f�ot�right-of-way line of
U. S. No. 41 Business Route; thence run in a northerly direction, along
said right-of-way line, which parallels the center line, and which
center line bears to the right approximately a 1 degree curve, for a
distance of 211.71 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence run south 89 degrees
20 minutes east 202.50 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence run south
4 degrees 50 minutes east for 211.71 feet to the place of beginning, and
containing 1. 00 acre in all;
and this affiant is, by virtue of her survivorship, the sole owner of each of the
above described tracts.
This affiant makes this affidavit for the purpose of directing
the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiaria, to transfer to her name for taxat'ton
each of the above tracts of real estate.
