STATE OF INDIANA COUNTY OF GIBSON SS: AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRffi' Faye Ri1ey, being first duly sworn, upon her oath, deposes and says: That she is more than thirty (30) years of age, a resident of R.R. #2, Francisco, Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, t owit: The Southwest Quarter (SW;) of the Northwest quarter (NW;) of Section Eight (8), Township Three C3) South, Range Nine (9) West, containing Forty (40) acres, more or Less. The Southeast Quarter (SE,'—) of the Southeast Quarter (SE;) of Section Six (6), Township Three (3) South, Range Nine C9) West, containing Forty (40) acres,more or less. Part of the East half (E 1/2) of the Northwest Quarter (NW'—,) of Section Seven (7), Township Three (3) South, Range Nine (9) West, containing 13.96 acres,twre or less. An undivided One-fifth (1/5th) Part of the Northeast quarter (NE;) of Section Seven (7), Township Three (3) South, Range Nine (9) West,containing 12.12 acres,more or Less. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that said Bertis Riley died intestate, on or about the i4th day of August, 1964 and that said Bertis Riley and Faye Ri1ey, were husband and wife at the time of the death of the said Bertis Riley.
