Aff - Ritchie, Mary_12/13/1967� AFFIDAVIT • f� : 1S Mary Ritchie, being first duly sworn, upon her oath says that Vitular Ritchie died on the 3rd day of August, 1930 leaving surviving as her sole and only heirs atlaw the following: her husband, William Ritchie, and the following named children: John Wesley Ritchie, Alexander Ritchie, Katie Ritchie Baker, Will Ritchie, Myrtle Ritchie Johnson, Melvin Ritchie, Charles Ritchie, Clifford Ritchie, Levi Ritchie, Flora Ritchie Blum, May Ritchie and this afFiant, Mary Ritchie. That the husband William Ritchie thereafter died on the 23rd day of October, 1939 leaving surviving as his sole and only heirs atlaw the said children of William Ritchie and Vitular Ritchie. That Melvin Ritchie died on the 13th day of March, 1937 leaving no heirs other than his said brothers and sisters. That Will Ritchie died on the 27th day of March, 1964 and that your affiant has purchased his interest in the reai estate of Vitular Ritchie hereinafter described.
