Arthur L. Smith, being first duly sworn, upon his oath says:
That he was oereonally acquainted v�ith Lillie A. Robinson
during her lifetime aod he kr.ows of his own knowledge that the said
Lillie A. Hobinson depsrted this life on the 19th day of April 1951,
leaving no children or other descendents, and leaving no surviving
parents, and that Albert P. Robinson, her husband, was the only
surviving hei* of the said Lilli= A. Robinson, and further that no
administration was had on the estate of Lillie A. Robinson, deceased.
