AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Madeline E. Roth, being first duly sworn upon her
oath, deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, indiana, and her occupation is a
Housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described
real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Part of the Southwest �uarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section
Nine (9), Township Two (2) South, Range Ten (10) West, and described
as follows: Begin at a point in the center of State Road Number 64,
which point may be found by measuring North from the Southeast corner
of said nuarter Quarter Section 313.5 feet to the center of said Road;
thence North 58 degrees 40 minutes west along the center of said road
234.2 feet, and from said beginning point run thence north 436 feet;
thence north 58 degrees 40 minutes west 234.2 feet; thence south'436
feet to the center--,of said Road; thence South 58 degrees 40 minutes
east along the center of said road 234.2 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing two (2) acres, more or less. Being the same real estate
described in Deed Record No. 160 Page 418; Deed Record No. 175 Page
444, both Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;

A part of the southeast quarter of section 7, township 2 south,
range 10 west, bounded as follows: Beginning at a point in the west
side of Race Street in.the City of Princeton which point of 159 1/3
feet west and 260 feet south of the northeast corner of Lot No. 10
in the partition of the real estate of Alexander Devin, deceased,
and from said point running thence west 142 feet; thence south 45
feet; thence east 142 feet; thence north 45 feet to the place of
beginning.
Also, a strip.of ground one foot in width off the entire south side
of the following described real estate, towit: A part of the southeast
quarter of section 7, township 2 south, range 10 west, described as
follows: beginning at an iron pin 452 feet and 9 inches north and 30
feet west of the street pin at the intersection of the center line of
Race and Monroe Streets in the City of Princeton and run thence west
142� feet; thence north 50 feet; thence east 142'� feet; thence south
50 feet to the place of beginning. , - ' '
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 152, Page 396,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; �
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real estate was formerly owned by Harold A. Roth and Madeline E. Roth,
husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.

Affi:ant further states that she knows of her own
knoivledge that the said Harold A. Roth died testate, on or about
September 17, 1909, and that said Harold A. Roth and Madeline E.
Roth, were husband�and wi€e, at the.time of the death of the said
Harold A. Roth.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Harold A. Roth, at the time
of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
