Comes now the undersigned and first being sworn according to law
deposes and says that RAY J. RUTLEDGE departed this life intestate
on June 23, 1970 leaving as his heirs and only heirs-at-law, his
sister, Nellie Haskins, and his following named niece and nephews:
Barbara Culbertson, Hersel Rutledge, Gene Rutledge, William Rutledge,
Thomas Rutledge, Richard Rutledge and James Rutledge.
And further affiant sayeth not.
