CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES' DEED
James W. Rittenhouse, Katherine Bower Cook and Ann Lee Lemis,
as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of Morgan W.
Rittenhouse, deceased, by Order of the Vanderburgh Superior Court,
Probate Division, of Vanderburgh County, State of Indiana, for good
and sufficient consideration, convey to:
James W. Rittenhouse, Katherine Bower Cook, and Ann Lee
Lemis, Co-Trustees of the Trust created by the Last wi11
and Testament of Morgan W. Rittenhouse, deceased,
the following real estate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-
wit:
An undivided Twenty percent (200) interest in the following
described real estate in Gibson County, in the State of
Indiana:
Part of the east half of the southeast quarter of section 2,
township 2 South, range 11 West, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the north line of said half quarter
section 30 feet east of the east right of way line of U.S.
Highway No. 41, and being 126 feet east of the northwest
corner of said half quarter section, and running thence east
190.70 feet; thence south, 0 degree 6 minutes east, and
parallel to the center line of U.S. Highway No. 41, 303 feet
to a 5/8 inch iron; thence south, 89 degrees 56 minutes west,
189.70 feet to a point 30 feet east of the east right of way
line of said highway No. 41; thence north parallel to and 30
feet east of the east right of way line of said highway to the
place of beginning, and containing 1.3212 acres, more or less,

SUBJECT to 0.1873 of an acre, more or less, in the Lyles
Station approach road right of way, and leaving a net acreage
of 1.1339, more or less, not including the approach road right
of way.
ALSO: A part of the northeast quarter of the southeast
quarter of Section 2, township 2 south, range 11 west, and
further described as follows: Begin at a point in the north
line of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of
Section 2, township 2 south, range 11 west, which is 316.70
feet east of the northwest corner of said quarter quarter
section, which point is also 310.70 feet east of the center
line of U.S. Highway #41; measure thence east along the said
north line 40 feet; measure thence south, 0 degree and 6
minutes east, parallel to the center line of U.S. Highway #41,
69.49 feet to an iron; continue measuring south, 0 degree and
6 minutes east, parallel to said center line, 613.76 feet to
an iron in a fence line existing on January 31, 1967; measure
thence south, 88 degrees and 52 minutes west, along said fence
line 208.50 feet to an iron which is 40 feet east of the east
right-of-way line of U.S. Highway #41; measure thence north,
1 degree and 32 minutes west, and parallel to the said east
right-of-way line, 384.02 feet to an iron; measure thence
north, 89 degrees and 56 minutes east, 179.70 feet to an iron;
measure thence north, 0 degree and 6 minutes west, parallel to
the center line of U.S. Highway #41, 303 feet to the place of
beginning, and containing 2.1485 acres, SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to
a part of the Ly1e Station approach road and containing in
said right-of-way 0.0662 of an acre.
It is the intention of the Grantors to convey to the Grantees
all interests in real estate they own located in the northeast
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 2, Township 2
south, Range 11 west in Gibson County, Indiana.
Excepted from the hereinabove described real estate are all
mineral interests, including, but without limitation thereto,
oil and gas, held or owned by James C. Bower, deceased, in
respect to the above described property, whether through
reservation or by grant, as has been devised and bequeathed by
the said James C. Sower, deceased, under ITEM XI of the Last
Will and Testament of James C. Bower, deceased.

and Ann Lee Lemis, as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of
Morgan W. Rittenhouse, deceased, have hereunto set their hands ard
