Together with all of the interests of the Grantors,
James Kell and Linda Kell, in and to that "Lease of Site for
Cabin and Fiehing Lodge" dated September 12, 1960, and nov of

record in Miac. Record 146, page 207, Office of the Recorder
of Gibeon County, Indiana.
Aa a further part of the consideration for said real estate,
the Grantors, James and Linda Ke11, husband and wife, agree to
pay the next tax installment after closing (Nov. 1990 taX
installment due and payable Nov. 1991), and the Grantees,
William and Sibel Redman assume all taxes and assessments
thereatter.
