BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, on this day personally
appeared MILDRED E. RAINEY, known to me to be a credible person, who,
being by me duly sworn, on her oath deposes and says:
"My name is MILDRED E. RAINEY. I"reside.in Haubstadt, Gibson
County, Indiana. I am the surviving spouse of Herman C. Rainey, who
died on Maxch 12', 1976, a resident of Gibson County,,Indiana, at the
time of his death, and I am the sole beneficiary undex his Will which
was admitted to probate in Gibson County, Indiana on March 22, 1976.
"At the time of Herman C. Rainey's death, he and ,I owned real
properties situated in Gibson County, India na,-and I am riow.the sole
owner of such real properties by rea�ston of his death. Such�real
propeities are described bxiefly as follows: "
A part of the east half of Fractional Section 1, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, Gibson County, State of Indiana, more
particularly described as follows:
Begin at a point which may be located as follows: From
the Northeast corner o£ the East half o£ Fractional Section 1,
proceed South 203.60 feet along the East line of said Fractional.
Section; thence West 217,80 feet; thence South 86 degrees 16
minutes West 980.27 feet to the point oP beginning; the above
bearing being parallel to the center line and_40.00_foot Yight-
o£-way line of the South right-o£-way line of State Road No. 68;
thence South 86 degrees 16 minutes West 100.00 feet along the
South line of the described tract; thence North 03.degxees 44
minutes West 120.00 feet along the West line o£ the described
tract to a point, said point being located in the South•right-
o£-way line of State Road No. 68; thence North 86 degrees 16
minutes East 100.00 feet along the North line o£ the described
ttact, said line being the 40.00 foot South Yight=of-way line
oP State Road No. 68; thence South 03 degrees 44 minutes East
120.0 feet along the East line of the described tract, said
East line being parallel to the West line of the described tract,
to the point of beginning. Containing 0.275 acres more or less.
"No Federal Estate Tax Return was filed with the Internal
Revenue Service for the Estate of Herman C. Rainey as the assets of
Decedent's Estate carried an insufficient value to cause Decedent's
Estate to be subject to any Federal Estate Tax.!'
