The undersigned affiant, being first duly sworn upon her
oath says that:
l. Guy F. Ray died on the 27th day of February, 1987 while
domiciled in.Knox County, State of Indiana.
2. Guy F. Ray died intestate, leaving no Last Will and
Testament to the best of affiant's'knowledge and that no petition
for appointment of an Administrator for said decedent's estate is
pending or has been granted.
3. hiore than forty-five (45) days have elapsed since death
of decedent, Guy F. Ray.
4. The decedent, at time of his death, owned solely the
below listed real and/or personal property or evidence of debt:
The following described real estate, situated in Gibson County,
Indiana, towit:

A part of Lot No. 'L in fractional Section 28, in Township 1 North,
Range lU ldest and bounded as follows: Beginning at a stone 11 rods
and 17 links North of the Southwest corner of said Lot No. 2 and
running thence North 77 degrees East 7 rods; thence North 33 3/4
degrees East 26 rods and 13 1/2 links to a stone; thence North 45
3/4 degrees �dest, 29 rods and 11 links to a stone in the t•]est line
of said lot, thence South 44 rods and 20 1/2 liriks to the place of
beginning, containing 3.36 acres.
TRACT II
ALSU, the Southeast part of Location 101 bounded as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Location and running
North along the Eastern boundary of said Location 32 chains; thence
West 6 1/2 chains; thence south to the Southern boundary line of
said Location; thence East along said line to the place of begin-
ning, containing 5 acres; EXCEYT the following part thereof; begin
at the Southeast corner of said Location and run thence North 'L1
