northeast quarter of Section 17, ToY�nship 4'south, Range 10
west, at a distance of 230.0 feet wes�t of a 1 inch iron found
at the southeast corner of said quarter quarter section; and from
said beginning point, bear west along said south line, 230.0
feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence bear north, parallel to the
east line of said quarter quarter section 30.0 feet to a 5/8 inch
iron set as a witness; thence continue north on the same course
a distance of 350.0 feet to a 5/8 inch iron; thence bear east
parallel to said south line, 230.0 feet to a 5/8 inch iron at the
northwest corner of the Gene Berger tract as of October, 1976;
thence bear south alon4 the west line of said Berger tract 380.0
feet to the point of beginning and containing 2.0064 acres, but
subject to the north half of a county road right-of-way off
the entire south side of the above described tract.
