deposes and says: That she is more than fifty (50) years of
a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is
that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:

Lot Number Twelve (12) in the West Heights
Subdivision of the Town of Haubstadt.
Being the same real estate described in Deed
Record 169, Page 337, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana;
The East half of the East half of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 31, Township 3 South, Range
10 West, containing forty (40) acres, more or less.
ALSO: -
The West half of the Northwest quarter of Section
32, Township 3 South, Range 10 west, excepting
therefrom 3.25 acres granted to the State of Indiana
for highway purposes and containing after said
exception 76.75 ac A s, more or less.
Being a part of th� real estate described in Deed
Record 120, page 10'7, Office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her oc,� knowledge that said above described

real property was formerly ow#ed by Sylvester A. Riedford and
Rosalena C. Riedford, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety..
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Sylvester A. Riedford died testate, on or about the
7th day of October, 1975, and that said Sylvester A. Riedford and
Rosalena C. Riedford were husband and wife, at the time of the
death of the said Sylvester A. Riedford.
Decedent's estate is probably not liable for a Federal
Estate Ta�c; but for the determination of the Indiana Inheritance Tax
