COUNTY OF GIBSON
FLORENCE B. REMBE, being first duly sworn upon her
oath deposes and says:
1. That she is one of the sisters of Lawrence Rembe,
who died intestate on the 7th day of November, 1978, leaving
surviving him as his sole and only heirs at law the follow?ng:
Florence B. Rembe, A sister
Opal Rembe, A sister
Daisy McQueary, A sister
Carolyn Phillips, niece, who was a daughter of a
deceased brother, Everett Rembe
Lois Smith, niece, who was a daughter of a deceased
brother, Doyse Rembe
2. Affiant says further that following the death of
Lawrence Rembe on the 7th day of November, 1978, no administration
was had on his estate, notwithstanding the fact that he died seized
the owner of the following described real estate situate in Gibson
County in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
PARCEL 1:
An undivided one-half interest in and to the following:
A oart of Lot number 29 in the Original Plan of the
town of Francisco, Indiana, bounded as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot and
run thence North 80 feet, thence west 75 feet,
thence south 80 feet, thence east to the place of
beginning.
PARCEL 2:
Twenty-Five (25) feet off the west side of Lot Number
Twenty-nine:(29) in the Original Plan�of the Town
of Francisco, Indiana; ALSO,�Thirty-seven feet off the
east side of Lot Number Thirty (30), in the Original
Plat of Franci:sco, Indiana.
PARCEL 3:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 17, Township 2 South, Range 9 SVest, contain•ing
2.2 acres, more or less. Save and Excepting coal
underlying said property.
3. Affiant says further that upon the death of Lawrence
Rembe on the 7th day of November, 1978, his real estate descended
by intestate statute as follows:
(a) That upon the'death of the:said Lawrence Rembe,
Parcel 1, descended to his heirs at law as follows:
Florence Rembe an undivided one-tenth (1/10) interest
Opal Rembe an undivided one-tenth (1/10) interest
Daisy L. McQueary an undivided one-tenth (1/10) interest

4. Affiant says further that as to Parcels 2 and 3 upon
the intestate death of Lawrence Rembe, Parcels 2 and 3 descended to
his heirs at law in the following proportions:
Florence Rembe an undivided one-fifth (1/5) interest
Daisy McQueary an undivided one-fifth (1/5) interest
Opal Rembe an undivided one-fifth (1/5) interest
Carolyn Sue Phillips and undivided one-fifth (1/5) interest
