being first duly sworn upon her oath states as
That she is the owner in fee simple of the following described
real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, more particularly
described as follows:
Lots number one hundred ninety-five (195) and one hundred
ninety-six (196) and one hundred ninety-seven (197) all
in the Original Plat of the town of Haubstadt, Gibson
County, State of Indiana. Being the same lands described
in Deed Record No. 124 page 234, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana.
That the affiant and the decedent were married on the a?0l�i,
day of GiU�OtIST , 19 30. That the decedent, Raymond T. Rexing
and Lucille Rexinq were husband and wife, at the time they acquired
title, as tenants by the entireties to said real estate by deed of
conveyance dated September 28, 1964, and recorded in the Office of
the Gibson County Recorder.
That the marital relationship that existed between the affiant
and Raymond T. Rexing, her husband, continued unbroken from the
time they acquired to said real estate and to the death of Raymond
T. Rexinq on the 17th day of November, 1990, at which time this
affiant acquired title to the real estate as surviving tenant by
the entireties.
That the qross value of the estate of the decedent, Raymond T.
Rexing as determined for purposes of Federal estate taxes required
the filing of a Federal Estate Tax Return. That the return has
been filed and the assessed Federal estate taxes have been paid.

That the decedent's estate was subject to Indiana inheritance
tax and the inheritance tax assessed has been.paid to the Treasurer
of Gibson County by the affiant herein or by the Personal
Representative of the estate of Raymond T. Rexing.
