AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Bill Dyball being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than forty-five (45) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is that
of a farmer.
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
One Hundred (100) feet off the':south end of a part of the north-
east quarter.of the southwest quarter of Section 9, Township 2
south, Range l0 west and'described as follows:' Begin 400 feet
east of the northwest corner of said quarter quarter section and
run thence east 100 feet; thence south 300 feet; thence west 100
feet;�thence nortki 300 feet'to the place of beginning and contain-
ing 0.69 acre, more'or less, subject to the exception of oil, gas
and casinghead gas and Oil and Gas Lease Record 75 page 280. ALSO,
one hundred (100) feet off the south end of the follawing described
tract of land, to-wit: A part of the northeast quarter of the
southwest quarter of Section 9, Township 2 south, Range 10 west,
described as follows: Begin 300 feet east of the northwest corner
of said quarter quarter section and run thence east 100 feet;
thence sout}i 300 feet; thence west 100 feet; thence north 300 feet
to the place of beginning and containing 0.69 acre, more or less,
subject'to exception of oil, gas'and casinghead gas and Oil and Gas
Lease Record 75, page 280. ALSO, an easement and right of way over
and across a strip of ground 12 feet in width off of the east end of
a part of the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter of said
Section, Township and Range described as follows: Begin 300 feet
east of the northwest corner of said quarter quarter section and
run thence east 200 feet; thence south 200 feet; thence west 200
feet; thence north 200�feet to the place of beginning, containing
.92 acre, more or less.
Being the same real estate described in Deed Drawer #1, Card #3535,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by william'A. Rodgers (s/d/a'
William Arthur Rodgers and�Hazel I. Rodgers, husband and wife,
as tenants by the entirety.. .
Affiant furthe'r states that he knows of his own knowledge that the
said William A. Rodgers (s/d/a William Arthur Rodgers) died intestate
on or about October 23, 1974, and that said William A. Rodgers (s/d/a
William Arthur Rodgers) and Hazel I, Rodgers were husband and wife, at
the time of the"death of the said William A. Rodgers (s/d/a William
Arthur R�gers) . _
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that the
value of the estate of the said William A. Rodgers (s/d/a William
Arthur Rodgers) at the time of his death, within the meaning of the
Federal Estate.Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was_not subject
to any Federal Estate Tax.
