AFFIDAVIT OF IDENTITY

Carl Robb, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he resides in Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana and is the
record owner of the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot Number 7 in Agar Brother's "Out Lot" Addition to the City
of Princzton, Indiana;
and makes this affidavit in aid of title.
2. That this affiant is aware of that certain judgment rendered
January 3rd 1984 in the Small Claims Division of the Gibson Superior Court under
Cause Number 83-SC314, in favor of Robert Angel and against his adult brother,
Carlton Robb referred to in said suit as Carl Robb and his mother, Mabel Robb.
The judgment �aas indexed in the Office of the Clerk of the Gibson Superior Court
in Judgment Book 2, page 104. The subject of the smali claims action was an
automobile accident involving property damage. This affiant has never possessed
a drivers license nor operated a motor vehicle.
3. This affiant was not nor has he ever been invotved in any court
litigation for any purpose and knows of his own knowledge that the Carl Robb
referred to in said judgment is affiant's dult brother.
