Comes now the Petitioner Cinda Ross, in person, and by counsel, L. Matthew
Nixon, and comes also the Respondent, James E. Ross, in person, and by counsel, Lisa A.
Moody for final hearing on the Wife's Petirion for Dissolurion of Marriage.
And now die Court having heazd the evidence and being duly and sufficieatly
advised in the premises finds as follows:
1. That the Peritioner, Cinda Ross, is now and has, for than six (6) months
immediately preceding [he filing of her divorce petirion, been a hona fide resident of
Gibson County, Indiana.
2. T'hat the Court has jurisdiction over the parties and the subject matter hereto.
3. That the parties were married April 12, 1998. The parries were sepazated
according to statue on May 10, 2010.
4. That the Petitioner, Cinda Ross is not pr�gnant.
5. That there has bzen an irretrievable breakdown of the marriage between the
parties and-it should be dissolved.
6. That except othenvise provided herein the Wife shall be the owner of all
personal property in her possession, and the Husband shall be the owner of all items of
persona] property now in his possession.
7. That the Respondent has been given his Mother's jewelry at issue in open court.
8. That the Petitioner is ordered to sort through pictures of the parties' minor child
and provide the Respondenc with photos in reasonable aznount of time.

9. That the Ttespondent, 7ames Ross is, ordered to attend the Trans Pazenting
seminar.
10. The Father, James Ross, shall be the primary residential parent of tlie parties'
minor child, Kolton C. Ross, aubjeci to the 1VIother's parenfing time. Pazenring rime shall -
be as the parties shall agree, absent of an agreemeni shall follow tlie Indiana Parenting
Time Guidelines.
11. The Mother shall pay child support in tlie amount of 559.00 per wee!c through
the Clerk of the Court beginning August 13, 2010. A copy of the worksheet signed by the
parties is attaehed hereto and marked as Exhibit "A". Should the mother's income change,
she may file for modification in less than one (1) yeaz.
12. The Wife shail be the owner of the 2000 Ford Mustang and shall hold the
Husband free, clear and harmless from any aad all liability thereon.
13. That the Husband shall be the owner of the 1997 Ford Ranger 4x4 pick-up and
shall hold rhe Wife free, cleaz and harmless from any and all liability thereon.
14. The Husband shall be the owner of the martial residence and shall hold the
wife free, cleaz and harmless from any and all liability thereon, including attomey fees.
The Husband shall make a good faith effort to reSnanee the mazital residence.
15. That the Husband shall be [he owner of one-half (1/2) of a cer[ain 401K
retirement account ricled in the wife's name in the amount of 52,894.00. =/`1`�"�- pO
16. I'hat the Husband shall be ?he owner of a cercain 1979 Thunderbird vehicle.
17. That eacl� party sha11 be responsible for their own individual medical bilis.
18. That as long as child support is current, the parties shall altemate claiming the
minor child for state and federal tax exempdons with the Father having even numbered
years and the Mother having odd numbered years.
19. That the Wife shall have her surname restored. Henceforth the Wife's legal
name shall be: Cinda E. Whitehouse.
IT IS THEREFO� ORDERED, ADJi7DGED AND DECREED by the Court
that the above findings be, and the same hereby aze, adopted and made Order of the Court
with out further enumeration.
IT IS FURTHER ORDETtED, A.DJ[JDGED AND DECREED by the Court
chaz the marriage of the parties is hereby dissolved and the parties aze restored to theu
status as unmarried persons. The wife's sumame of Whitehouse is hereby restored to her.
