This cause came to be heard on the � day of

aliow acc�bunt, and ror authority to distribute estate filed by
Robert L. Wolfe, as Administrator of the Estate of Phyllis
Reinhart, deceased, which account and petition are in the words and
figures following, to-wit:

And it appearing that no objections were filed thereto
and the Court being fully advised in the premises now finds that:
1. Due notices of the filing of said account and
petition and of the hearing on the same were given to all persons
interested in said estate, and the same are now properly before the
Court for final action thereon.

the County of Lake, State of Indiana, on the 18th day of November,
1988, and her Estate was duly admitted to probate before this Court
on the 22nd day of November, 1988, and this Court appointed said
Rohert Wolfe as personal representative of the Estate of the
decedent, and said Administrators were issued Letters of
Administration on the 22nd day of November, 1988, to him'and since '
that date have continued to serve in such capacity.
3. That the matters and things stated in said account
and petition are true, and that said Administrator has accounted
for all the assets in said estate coming into their hands.
4. More than five"(5) months have elapsed since tlie date
of first published notice to legatees, devisees and creditors of
said decedent; a11 claims filed aqainst said estate have been paid
and discharged; neither said decedent nor her Administrator was
employers of labor within the meaning of that term as used in the

Indiana Employment Security Act; all estate taxes, inheritance
taxes and gross income taxes, if any, assessed in said estate have
been paid.
5. The following persons are the sole heirs under the
decedent's Estate: Robert .Wolfe, Karlene M. Wolfe, and that all
assets and property of this estate remaining after payment of
decedent's debts and expenses of administration have been
distributed to the above-named persons, as evidenced by their
c•cuc.`.er, :�nich is attached hereto and make a part of this
accounting.
6. That the decedent owned a certain pieces of real
estate located at 2726 DeKalb Street, Lake Station, County of Lake,
State of Indiana, more particularly described as follows:
Lots 50 and 51 in Block 6 of the lst
Subdivision of East Gary, Lake County,
Indiana.
and that said real estate was sold pursuant to court order.
That the decedent owned 50% interest as tenants in common of a
second parcel of real estate located in Gibson County, Princeton,
Zndiana, to-wit:
The west one-half (W 1/2) of the southwest
quarter (SW 1/4) and the northeast quarter (NE
1!4) ef th� southw2st quarcer (SW 1/4) of
Section 9, township 4 south, range 10 west,
containing 120 acres, more or less, SAVE AND
EXCEPTING THEREFROM that portion of said real
estate heretofore conveyed to Robert A.
Lashbrook and Georgia Lashbrook, husband and
wife, by Warranty Deed recorded December 26,
1964, in Deed Record #165, page 1413 in the
office of the Recorder of Gibson County,
Indiana, containing 2.13 Acres gross, and
containing after said exception 117.87 Acres,
more or less.
Said parcel of real estate now vests in the heirs at law of the
decedent as tenants in common, Robert L. Wolfe, and Karlene M.
wolfe.
IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the
Court as follows:
1. Said Final Report and Account of said
Administrator is hereby in all things approved,
settled and confirmed.
2. That the distribution of the balance of the
property remaining in said Administrator's
hands for distribution has been made pursuant
to the distribution set forth in the final
accounting as prescribed under the laws of

Intestacy and is hereby in all things approved.
3. Said Administrator having made distribution of
all assets and property and having attached
vouchers evidencing said distribution to said
heirs, said distribution is hereby approved
