The parent Vact is wrrently owned by Kenneth and SeMyn Robinson described in Deed Record 2 Card 3269. This survey was done at the request of Mr. George Robinson. This survey was completed without the benefit of a tiUe commiiment or abstraG of title. A complete trtie search may reveal faGS that may change portions of this survey. In accortlance with Intliana Survey Standards as defined in the Indiana AdminisUative Code (865 IAC 1-72 ^rule 12�, the following observations and opinions are submitted regarding the various uncertainties in the locations of Ne lines and comers establishetl on this survey as a resutt of: a.) Availability and condition of reference monuments. b.) Occupation or possession lines. c.) Clariry or ambiguity of the record description used and/or adjoiner's description. d.) Measurements and Measurement Technpues. a.) Availability and conddion of reference monuments: In our field research for this survey, we located a suffident number of monuments (as shown on the suney plat), which in our opinion, provided us with enough data to verify or reestablish the remrd title lines ot Ne parent tract. Unless noted oNerwise on the plat, all monuments are flush with the ground, in good material contlition and firtny set in the ground. 1- The monuments found at the southwest, northwest, northeast, and southeast corners of the southeast quarter of the souNwest quarter of said seCion 1 were found per Gibson County Surveyor Section Comer Reference Notes. � 2- The monuments found at the comers of the Bedwell tract are called for in the record description for said trad along with a record survey by Mr. Fred Kuester (DOCUment 2002-9952). 3- The monuments found at the comers of the Williams trect are called for in the recorU description for said trect (Deed Drawer 5 Card 3269). b.) No inconsistencies in occupation or possession lines are noted. There is an existlng fence abng the west line ot Survey Tracf 3 and also along Line 10. The east line of Survey Tred 2 where is adjoins the Robert David Robinson tract is along the centerline of an existing dRCh that is a legal drain wflh a 75 toot right of way 6om the top of the dRCh bank. c.) There are no apparent discrepantles in the record desaipiion for the survey trect. � d.) This survey was conducted as a Rurel Survey as defined in 865 IAC I 12 7(d)(7). Real time GPS surveying equipment was used to make the necessary measurements for t�is original survey.
