That Darrell P. Ready (`Decedent") died a resident of Knox County, Indiana on
December 1 S, 2006.
That this Affida� it is made to induce the Auditor of Gibson Count��, Indiana, to
transfer the above-described real esiate, �� hich is under Parcel No. 0100072300 to the sole name
ofAffiant herein. R. Brent Stader, as the sole survivingjoint tenant on the tax duplicates for said
real estate.
