Linda K. Reed, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and says
that she is the owner the following described real estate in Gibson
County, Zndiana:
Lot Number Thirty-Four (34) and Sixteen and Seven Tenths (16.7)
feet of the south side of Lot Number Thirty-Five (35), both in
Broadview, a subdivision of a part of the Southwest Quarter of
Section Ttvelve (12), Township T�ao (2) South, Range Eleven (11)
West, Gibson County, Indiana, as said Lots are designated on the
recorded plat of the subdivision.
Affiant further states as follows:
1. That Affiant took title to the above described real estate
as one Linda K. McCormick.
2. Subsequently, Affiant married one Lawrence E. Cronin, but
was divorced pursuant to Decree of Dissolution of Marriage filed May
21, 1993, in Gibson Circuit Court, as Cause No. 26C01-9211-D4-0150.
In said Decree, Affiant's former name of Linda K. Hensley was
restored.
3. That Affiant is one and the same person as Linda K.
McCormick, Linda K. Cronin and Linda K. Hensley.
Further Affiant saith not.
