Indiana and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
an iron marking the Southwest corner of said Lot #13; thence

iron; thence East and parallel to the South line of said Lot i#13
onz nurdred =orty-eight and fiv= �enths (145.5) feet to a^ iron
oP the East line of said Lot #13; thence South along the East

reauired.
_. Thac the decedent died testate leavina a Last Wil1 and
Tescamen� dated April 23, 1996, which Will was admicted to Probate in
the Gibso^ Circuit Court in Cause No. 26C01-0909-EM-73 on September 2,

5.-=' That pursuant to the decedent's Last will and Testament
said real esta�e was devised [o the decedent's adult children, namely
Garv Ross, Steven Ross, Karen Odom and Jennifer Reinhart.

anv r^ederal or Indiana inheritance tax return. No Federal estate tax,
and no Zndiana inheritance �ax is owing as a resul� of the dea�h of
the decedent.�

heid by the decedent's cniidren, namely Gary Ross, Steven Ross, Karen
Odom and Jenn��er Reinhar*_, as tenants in common.
