July 30, 1965, JAMES O. SEVEDGE, a widower, as Grantor, conveyed
the following described real estate, situate in Gibson County, in the State
of Indiana, to this affiant, as Grantee, reserving a life estate in the Grantor,

The southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section
9, Township 2 south, Range 9 west, 40 acres
CITY OF PRINCETON
Sixty (60) feet off of the east side of Lot No. 8 in
V�Tilliams Second Addition to the Town, now City, of
Princeton.
The said JAR4ES O. SEVEDGE departed this life on December
23rd. , 1967; that this affiant is now� the owner of said real estate; and as
Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, you are hereby requested to transfer the
record title in and to said real estate to this affiant, JAMES L. SEVEDGE.
