AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIREI'Y
Arvil H.'Skelton, being first duly sworn upon his oath,
deposes and says:
That he is more than forty (40) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, Indiana, and his occupation is a Type Setter.
That he is fami.liar with the following described real property
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
Lot 34 in Highland Home Addition to the City of Princeton, subject to
all conditions and restrictions of the City Plan Commission of
Princeton;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Arvil H. Skelton and Mildred A.
Skelton, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that
said Mildred A. Skelton died on or about May 31, 1968, and that
said Arvil H. Skelton and Mildred A. Skelton, were husband and wife,
at the time of the death of the said Mildred A. Skelton.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge that
the value of the estate of said Mildred A. Skelton, at the time of
her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was
less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) Dollars, and that the estate
of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
