AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Opa1 Kiloatrick, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes
and says:
That she is Fifty-four (54) years of age, a resident of No.
513 South Kelsey Ave., Evansville, Vanderburgh County, Indiana, and
her occupation is a Housekeeper and School Teacher.
That she is familiar with the following descri6ed real prooerty
Located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
Lot Nunber fifteen (15) in Block Number 1 in BaLdwin Heights, in
Gibson County, In�iana. Being the same real estate descri6ed in
Deed Record No. 119 page 344, Office of the Recorder of Gibson
County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knoo!Ledge that said above described
real property was formerly oconed by Ira V. Skidmore and Ne11ie L.
Skidmore, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiarit further states that she knows of her own knowledge that
said Ira V. Skidmore died on or about January 19, 1954, and that said
:Ic;a V. Skidmore and Nellie L. Skidmore, were husband and wife, at
the time of the death of the said Ira V. Skids�ore.

the vaLue of the estate of said Ira V. Skidmore at the time of his
