AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRE'I'Y
Herschel Sollman, being first duly sworn upon hia oath
deposes and says:
- 1'hat he is more than thirty (30) years'of age, a resident" �:�
of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and his occupation is a
Farmer and Postal Clerk,
That he is familiar with the folLowing described real
estate located in Union Township, Gibson County, State of Indiana,
towit:
Part of.the Southeast Quarter (SE'—,) of Section
12, Township 3 South, Range 11 West, containing 33.17
acres, more or 1ess;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that said above described
real property was forroerly owned by Herschel W. Sollman and
Emma Lou Sollman, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that said Emma Lou SolLman died on or about the lst day of March,
1965, and that said Herschel �d. Sollman and Emma Lou SoLlman,
were husband and wife at the time of the death of the �id Emma Lou
Sollman.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Emma Lou Sollman, at the time
of her death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Ta�c Laws,
was less than Sixty Thousand DolLars C$60,000.00), and that the
estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
