AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Eva Ethe1 Stevens, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is seventy-seven (77) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her occupation is a
housewife.
That she is familiar with the following descrihed real
nroperty located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, towit:
A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 20, Township 2
South, Range 9 West, bounded as follows: Beginning at the
Southeast Corner of Lot Number 5, in Wallace and Meade
Addition, to the Town of Francisco, Indiana, and running
thence South along the West�line of Center Street, in said
Addition, 91 feet and 92 inches; thence West para11e1 with
the South Line of Lots Numbered 4 and 5, in said Addition,
147 feet; thence North 91 feet and 9Z inches to the South
line of said Lot Numbered 4, in said Addition; thence East,
along the South line of said Lots Numbered 4 and 5, in said
Addition to the place of beginning. Being the same real estate
described in Deed Record No. 139 page 45, Office of the Recorder
of Gibson County, Indiana,
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by William R. Stevens and Eva
Ethel Stevens, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that said William R. Stevens died, intestate, on or about the
24th day of November, 1963, and that said William R. Stevens and
Eva Ethel Stevens were husband and wife at the ti:ne of the death
of the said William R. Stevens.
Af_fiant further_states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Idilliam R. Stevens, at the
time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax
Laws, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,000.00) DoLlars, and that
the estate of said decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
