Aff - Stone, Grover C_7/18/1961� � • � s AFFIDAVIT AS TU TENANCY BY EMTRETY STATE OF INDIANA ) ) SS: COUNTY OF GI BSON ) John lV, Ballard, being first duly sworn, upon his oath, deposes and says: That he is more than fifty (50) years oF age, a resident of Gibson County, State of Indiana, That he is familiar with the Eollowing described real estate i❑ Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit: Beginning at the southwest corner of the east hal.E of the south west quarter of section eight (8) town Eour (4) south range eleven (11) west, and bounded as follows, to-wit: From said beginning point run thence north sixty (60) rods, thence east twenty-six (26) rods and eleven (il) feet, thence south sixty (60) rods, thence west twenty-six (26) rods and eleven (il) feet to the place of beginning� containing ten (10) acres, with all appur- tenances belonging thereto. Being in all things the same part and parcel of real estate des- cribed in deed record 85 page 305, Office of the Record°r of Gibson County, Indiana, and recorded in Deed Record 113, page 542,. and that he knows of his ewn knowledge that the above described real estate was owned by Grover C. Stone and Zula M. Stone, husband and wife, as,tenants by the entirety. Affiant furth°r says that he knows of his own knowledge that said Grever C, Stone died intestate on or about March 12, 1946 while a patient at St, Mary's Hospital, Evansville� Indiana, and that the said Grover C.
