Fhyllis P. �troud, being duly sworn upon her oath, avers:
l. That Helen S.Powell died intestate on January 5, 1966,
a resident ofGibsonCounty, Sndiana, and left_surviving her as
her sole and only heir at lavr this af£iant, Phyllis P. Stroud.
2. That the said Helen S. Po�vell died seized of the
ing described interest in real estate situated in Gibson'Coun�y,
in the State of Indiana, to-wit:
An undivided one-half interest in value in a part
of the Southeast auarter of Section �, to�rnshia 2 South,
range 10 West, described as folloz•rs, to-:vit: Beginning
at a point 6'] £=et South of the Southeast corner of
Out Lot Pio. 4 in the Original Plan of the Torm (now City)
of Princeton, Indiana, running thence South 50 feet;
thence tilest 143 feet and 6 inches; thence North 50 feet;
thence East 143 feet and 6 inches to the place o£ beginni
3. That the said Helen S. Powell had inherited an undivi
one-third o£ said real estate from her £ather, Lincoln P. Salo
and had inherited an undivided one-sixth thereof from her sist
Hazel Salomon, ��rho died March 14, i958, see Book 5, page 120,
office of t�ecorder of �ibson County, Indiana. That the other
one-half interest in value in said real estate is owned by Jane:
L. Salomon.
4. That this a£fidavit is made for the purpose of stating
the ownership of said real estate, the facts herein stated, and
to induce the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, to transfer
said real estate upon the ta�c duDlicates of said county to the
present o�-rriers thereof, to-wit: rhyllis P. Stroud, an undivi
one-nalf; James L. Salomon, an undivided one-half.
