Mae L. Sollman, bein� first duly sworn uoon her oath,
deooses and says:
That she is fifty-three <53) years of age, a resident of
R.R.#2, Haubstadt, Gibson County, State of Indiana, and her
occupation is a houseorife and daughter of the decedent herein.
That she is familiar �•?ith the following described real property
located in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Part of the west half of the west half of section tcao (2) in toconship
four (4) south, in range ten (10) west, the same hein� the north twenty
and three fourths (20 3/4) acres of said cuest half of said west half
of said section, tocunshio and range, EXCEPTING therefrom two (2) acres,
;nore or 1ess, described as follows, towit: Part of the west half of
the west half of section two (2) townshio four (4) south, range ten (10)
west, described as follows: Beoin at an iron in the caest line of said
ha1f, half section four hundred thirty-five (435) feet south of the
northc•�est corner thereof, and run thence east five hundred forty-four
and five tenths C544.5) feet to an iron; thence south one hundred,sixty
(160) feet to an iron; thence west five hun�red forty-four and five
tenths (544.5) feet to the west line thereof; thence north one hundred
sixty (160) feet to the pLace of beginning, and containing two C2)
acres,more or Less, and cuhich said exception is described in a certain
deed recorded in Deed Record No. 139 at page 248 of the Office of the
Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana.

Beginning at the northeast corner of the said east half of said section
and running from thence west to the northwest corner of the said east
half of'said section; thence south along the west line of said east half
twenty-seven and one-half (27Z) chains t�ao (2) rod chain) to a stone;
thence an easterly direction, following the center of the creek to a
stone in the iine dividing the said east half into an east and west
halves: thence north on said line nine C9) rods; thence an easterly _
direction foLlowing the center of said creek to the east line of the
said east half of said section; thence north on said line thirty-five
and one-half (35Z) rods to the place of beginning, and containing

to the line dividing said section into an east and west halves; which

beginning, and containing thirty-one and one-third <31 1/3) acres,

follows, towit: Beginning at the southeast corner of said section

one (31) links; thence east to the east Line of said section: thence
south ten (10) chains and thirty-one <31) links to the olace of
beginning, and containing tcaenty-one (21) acres, more or iess.
ALSO, part of the southwest quarter of'section thirtv-four (34)
in tocunshio three (3) south, range ten (10) west, and described as
follows, towit: Beginning at the southeast corner of said southwest
auarter and from thence north ten (10) chains and thirty-one (31)
links; thence west twenty-nine (29) chains and fifteen (15) links;
thence south ten.(10) chains and'tliirty-one (31) links; thence east
tcuenty-nine (29) chains and fifteen (15) links to the olace of
_ beginning, and containin� eight (8)-acres, �ore or 1ess, and being
the same real estate as is described in a certain deed recorded in
Deed P.ecord No. 102 at page 572..of the office of the Recorder of
Gibson County, Indiana,
and that she knows of her own knocaledge that said above described
real prooerty was for�nerly oconed by Paul T. Stunkel and Cora E.
Stunkel, husband and coife, as tenants hy the entirety.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Cora E. Stunkel, died intestate, on or about the
27th day of January, 1964, and that said Pau1 T. Stunkei and
Cora E. Stunkel were husband and caife at the time of the death
of the said Cora E. Stunkel.
Affiant further states that she knocus of her own knocaledge
that the value of the estate of the said Cora E. Stunkel at the
time of her death, within the �eaning of the Federal �state Tax
lacus, was less than Sixty Thousand ($60,0OO.OQ) Dollars, and that
the estate of the said decedent cuas not suhject to any Federal
Estate Tax.
Affiant further sayeth not.
