AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF
REAL ESTATE UPON THE TAX
DUPLICATE
STATE OF INDIANA
COUNTY OF GIBSON, SS:
NELLIE SUTTON, being first duly sworn upon oath, says
that Ralph S�tton departed this life, intestate, a resident of Gibs'on
County, Indiana, on August 6th„ 1956, and that the said decedent and
his wife, Nellie S�tton, this affiant, were as of the date of the death of
the said Ralph Sutton, the owners as tenants by the entirety of the fol-
lowing described real estate, situate in White River Township, Gibson
County, Indiana, to-wit:
"Part of the south half of Section 9, Township 1 south,
Range 11 west, containing 217.90 acres"
That as the surviving widow of Ralph Sutton, and as the
surviving tenant by the entirety, this affiant acquired title to the above
described real estate upon the death of the said Ralph Sutton.
The Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana, is hereby requested ;
to transfer the above describecl real estate to this affiant upon the trans-
fer records of Gibson County, Indiana.
