GLADYS F. SAYLOR, the wife of this affiant, departed this life, testate,
a resident of Gibson County, in the State of Indiana, on January 9th.�
1970, and that the decedent and this affiant, as wife ancl husband, were on
said date the owners, as tenants by the entirety, of the follow.ing described
real estate, situate in"Dike Addition, Patoka Township; Gibson County,
Indiana. to-wit: _
Part of the east haif of the northeast quarter of Section 8,
Township 2 south, Range 10 west, and containing in all
_. 0,. 65 of.an acre more or less.
Copies of the deeds from Charles E. Dike�Sr. , as grantor,
to `John'L. Saylor and Gladys F. Saylor, hus� and wife, as
grantees, are filed herewith, made a part h'ereof, and designated
as EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B. The same being the deeds by
virtue of �vhich the said grantees acquired title to said real estate.
That title in and to said real estate vested in JOHN L. SAYIAR,
this affiant, as the surviving tenant by the entirety, and this affidavit is exe-
cuted to effect such transfer upon the records of Gibson County, in the State
of Indiana.
