AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY

Ruth M. Irion, being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than forty (40) years of age, a
resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is
a (maintains own home).
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
A part of Lot number Nineteen (19) in the Original Plan of
the Town (naw City) of Princeton, bounded as follows:
Beginning in the west line of said Lot at a point fifty four
(54) feet and eight (B) inches south of the northwest corner
thereof and run thence south sixteen (16) feet, thence east
fifty five (55) feet and ten (10) inches; thence north sixteen
(16) feet; thence west fifty five (55) feet and ten (10)
inches to the place of beginning; .
ALSO;
Part of Lot number twenty-two (22) in Evans Enlargement to the
Town, now city, of Princeton, bounded as follows, tawit:
Beginning at a point in the south line of said lot sixty (60)
feet east of the southwest corner thereof, running thence.north
to the north line of said lot; thence east forty-four (44) feet
and three (3) inches; thence south to the south line of said lot;
and thence west to the place of beginning;
ALSO,
A part of Lot No. 19 in the Original Plan of the Town, now
City, of Princeton, Indiana, bounded as follows, towit:
Beginning in the west line of said Lot at a point 54 feet and
8 inches south of the northwest corner thereof and run thence
south 16 feet; thence east 55 feet and 10 inches; thence north
16 feet; thence west 55 feet and 10 inches to the place of
beginning;
and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said �ove
described real property was formerly owned by Ralph C. Schergens
and Evelyn M. Schergens, husband and wife,as tenants by the
entirety.
Affiant further states thatshe knows of her own knowledge

that the said Evelyn M. Schergens died on or about May /'� —, 1951,
and that said Ralph C. Schergens and Evelyn M. Schergens, were
husband and wife, at the time of the death of the sa'id Evelyn M.
Schergens.

Affiant further states that she knows of her own
knowledge that the value of the estate of the said Evelyn M.
Schergens, at the time of her death, within the meaning of the
Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not subject
to any Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
