AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY ENTIRETY
Frieda E. Schmidt being first duly sworn upon her oath,
deposes and says:
That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident
of Gibson County, indiana, and her occupation is that of a housewife.
That she is familiar with the following described real
estate locatecl in Gibson County, indiana, tawit:
The northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 20, town-
ship 3 south, range 9 west, containing 40 acres;: more or less;
Also, the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of the southwest
quarter of section 21, township 3 south, range 9 west, containing 10
acres, more or less;
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record 147, page 82,
Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described
real property was formerly owned by Leroy 3. Schmidt and Frieda
Schmidt, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety,
Affiant further states Ghat she knows of her own knowledge
that the said Leroy J. Schmidt died intestate, on or about the 21st
day of December, 1972, and that said Leroy J. Schmidt and Frieda E.
Schmidt were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said
Leroy J. Schmidt.
Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge
that the value of the estate of said Leroy J. Schmidt at the time of
his death will probably not be liable for a Federal Estate Tax.
Further this affiant sayeth not.
