AFFIDAVIT AS TO TENANCY BY E
William J. Schultheis, being first duly sworn upon
his oath, deposes and says:
That he is more than thirty (30) year-s of age, a
resident of No. 1001 W. Mill Road, Evansville, Vanderburgh
County, Indiana, and his occupation is a Supervisory F�ployee,
Sears, Roebuck & Company,
That he is familiar with the following described real
estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit:
Lot Number one hundred twenty four (124) and a strip five
(S) feet in width off of the south side of lot number one
hundred twenty five (125) in the Town of Haubstadt, Gibson
County, in the State of Indiana. .
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 109
page 315, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
ALSO, ._
Fifteen (15) feet in width off of the South side of the
North Half of Lot number one hundred twenty five (125) in the
Town of Haubstadt, Gibson County, indiana;
Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 112,
Page 174, Office of the recorder of Gibson County, Indiana;
and that he knows of his own knowledge that the said above
described real property was formerly owned by Oscar G. Schultheis
and Elnora C. Schultheis, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entirety.
Affiant fnrther states that he knows of his own knowledge
" intestate
that the said Oscar G. Schultheis died/on or about July 30, 1970
and that the said Oscar G. Schnitheis and Elnora C. Schultheis,
were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said
Oscar G. Schultheis.
Affiant further states that he knows of his own knowledge
� that the value of the estate of said Oscar G. Schultheis, at
the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal
Estate Tax laws, was iess than Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00), and that the estate of said decedent was not
subject to any Federal Estate Tax,
Further this affiant sayeth not.
