Sheridan, being first duly sworn upon her oath, deposes and says: That she is more than fifty (50) years of age, a resident of Gibson County, Indiana, and her occupation is a Housewife. That she is familiar with the following described real estate located in Gibson County, Indiana, towit: A part of the west half of the northeast quarter of Section ' seventeen (17), Township two (2) south, Range ten (10) west, bounded as follows: Begin at the northwest corner of said half quarter section and run thence south twenty two and five tenths (22,5) chains (1485) feet- thence east fifteen (15) feet; thence north thirty (30) feet, and from the point thus found for a beginning point for the description of the premises hereby conveyed, run thence north on a line parallel to the west line of said quarter section two hundred and seventy eight and twenty eight hundredths (278.28) feet; thence east on a line parallel to the north line of said quarter section one hundred and fifty six and fifty three hundredths (156.53) feet; thence south on a line parallel to the west line of said quarter section two hundred and seventy eight and twenty eight hundredths (278.28) feet; thence west on a line parallel to the north line of said quarter section one hundred and fifty six and fifty three hu[idredths (156.53) feet to the point of beginning found as aforesaid, con- taining one (1) acre, more or less. The Grantees their heirs and assigns are hereby granted the use of the right of way mentioned in deed executed by Emanuel B. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No, 96, page 530, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; ALSO, Lot No. Three Hundred Twenty Four (324), Southside Addition to the City of Princeton, Indiana; ALSO, Lots Numbered 322 and 323, in the Southside Addition to the City of Princeton, Gibson County, Indiana; For chain of title see Deed Record No. 161 Page 406; Deed Record No. 125, Page 360, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; ALSO, The south 16 acres of the following described real estate; A part of the west half of the northeast quarter of Section 17, Town 2 south, Range 10 west, bounded as follows: Begin at the north- west corner of said half quarter section and run thence east 18.75 chains; thence south 19.75 chains; thence west 18.40 chains; thence south 2.75 chains; thence west to the west line of said half quarter section; thence:north to the beginning, containing 37 acres, except that,part thereof described as follows: Begin at a point 22.50 chains south of the northwest corner of said half quarter section section and run thence east 35 chains; thence north 30 feet; thence west 35 links;' thence south 30 feet to the beginning, Also, a part of said half quarter section described as follows: Begin 35 links east of a point 19.75 chains south of the northwest corner of said half quarter section and run thence east 18.40'chains to the west line of Maple Hill Cemetery; thence south 2.30 chains to the north line of a right of way heretofore deeded to Princeton Lodge No. 64 .� - . _ . - � . �� I.O,O.F: thence west along said right of way line 18.40 chains; thence north 2.30 chains to the place of beginning, containing 4.40 acres, and containing in both said above described tracts 20.40 acres, except always, oneacre there- of described as follows; Begin 1455 feet south and 15 feet east of the northwest corner of said half quarter section and run thence north 278.28 feet; thence east 156,53 feet; thence south 278.28 feet; thence west 156.53 feet to the place of beginning, and containing in all after said exception 19.40 acres, more or less. Being the same real estate described in Deed Record No. 129 - page 252, and referred to in Deed Record No. 166 page 493, Office of the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana; and, that she knows of her own knowledge that said above described real property was formerly owned by Francis V. Sheridan and Susan F. Sheridan, husband and wife, as tenants by the entirety. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the said Francis V. Sheridan died intestate, on or about February 13, 1972, and that said Francis V. Sheridan and Susan F. Sheridan, were husband and wife, at the time of the death of the said Francis V, Sheridan. Affiant further states that she knows of her own knowledge that the value of the estate of said Francis V. Sheridan, at the time of his death, within the meaning of the Federal Estate Tax laws, was less than Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00), and that the estate of s aid decedent was not subject to any Federal Estate Tax.
