�TO: The Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana
MARLIN SHOUSE, being first duly sworn upon his oath
would respectfully show as follows:
l. That he and his late wife, Lucile Shouse, were the
owners as tenants by the entirities of the following described
real estate situate in Gibson County, State of Indiana, to-wit:
Fifty (50) feet off the east side of the west one-half
(1/2) of Lot number (29) in Brown!s First Addition to
the Town of Hazleton, Indiana.

Lot Number twenty-one (21) in BrownLs First Addition to
the Town of Hazleton, Indiana.
2•. That the said Lucile Shouse died on July 10, i973,
which said record of death is contained in book 8 at page 80, in
the Office of the Gibson Gounty Department of Health.
3. That the above described real estate passed to your
affiant herein by operation of law. __
WHEREFORE, affiant prays that the records in the Office
of•the Recorder of Gibson County, Indiana, be changed to reflect
that the affiant herein is now the sole owner thereof.
