AFFIDAVIT FOR TRANSFER OF REAL ESTATE
The undersigned being first duly sworn upon oath,
deposes and says that PAUL S. CARTER and GENEVIEVE A. CARTER,
husband and wife, were prior to May 23, 1967, the owners as
tenants by the entireties of the following land in Gibson
County, Indiana, to-wit:
(See ATTACHMENT A, attached hereto and made a part
hereof.)
that PAUL S. CARTER died May 23, 1967, leaving him surviving
as the sole owner of said real estate, his wife, GENEVIEVE A.
CARTER, and that GENEVIEVE A. CARTER was re-married on
November 19, 1969, to one CLETUS W. SHEETZ, and is now
known as GENEVIEVE A. SHEETZ.
This affiant makes this affidavit for the purpose
of causing the Auditor of Gibson County, Indiana to transfer
said real estate to the name of GENEVIEVE A. SHEETZ on the
official transfer records of Columbia Township, Gibson
County, Indiana.
